Full Job Description Full-Time Pharmacy Technician Pay:
$18-$24 per hour, depending on experience We are a busy, well-established independent pharmacy seeking a dependable, motivated, and professional Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is more than just a technician position—we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the pharmacy, take ownership of their work, and become a key part of our operation. We value team members who are reliable, hardworking, and willing to take on increasing responsibility. Responsibilities Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently Assist patients in person and over the phone Handle insurance billing and resolve claim issues Communicate with prescribers regarding refills and prescription clarifications Manage inventory, ordering, and medication organization Support daily pharmacy workflow and operations Assist with compliance and documentation requirements Help improve pharmacy processes and patient service Qualifications Pharmacy Technician experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team No Experience?
