Our client is currently seeking a
Pharmacy Technician Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Sunday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced pharmacy team. In this role, you will support pharmacists by preparing prescription orders, managing inventory, and ensuring medications are accurately filled and shipped to patients. Key Responsibilities Retrieve medications from inventory and stock locations Count, package, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification Process and fill prescription orders accurately and efficiently Pack and ship completed prescription orders to patients Maintain medication inventory and automated dispensing units Remove expired or outdated medications from shelves Replenish workstation supplies (vials, caps, labels, packaging materials, etc.) Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Maintain appropriate levels of pre-packaged pharmacy supplies Utilize multiple computer systems to process orders and patient information Occasionally contact patients regarding customer service inquiries or shipment updates Required Qualifications Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License Pharmacy technician experience in a retail, mail-order, specialty, or hospital pharmacy setting Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
