Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician - IV Certified Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity available for Pharmacy Technicians with IV certification to support an inpatient hospital pharmacy team in Morristown, NJ. This role involves critical involvement in medication preparation and distribution within an inpatient setting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications accurately following hospital protocols. Assist pharmacists with intravenous (IV) admixture preparation. Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals. Support medication order processing for inpatient units. Comply with safety standards and healthcare regulations. Collaborate closely with healthcare staff to optimize patient care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Certified Pharmacy Technician with valid IV certification. Experience working as a pharmacy technician within hospital or inpatient pharmacies. Strong understanding of medication safety, handling, and hospital pharmacy operations. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
