Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A Pharmacy Technician position is available to support medication distribution and customer service at a healthcare site in Albuquerque, NM. This per diem role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with shifts primarily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, except Fridays when shifts start at 7:30 AM and end at 4:00 PM. The role may transition to contract or contract-to-hire status based on organizational needs.
Responsibilities include:
Distributing prescribed medications accurately as ordered by physicians and health practitioners Providing clear, knowledgeable information to customers about medication use and safety Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive healthcare experience Desired qualifications and experience: Current Pharmacy Technician license in New Mexico Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred for readiness in handling varied pharmacy operations and patient interactions
