The ideal candidate will have strong experience using PrimeRx , filling medications, and handling pharmacy billing and insurance claims. Responsibilities Accurately fill and process prescriptions Enter prescription information into PrimeRx Bill and process insurance claims Resolve rejected and denied claims Verify patient and insurance information Communicate with insurance companies when needed Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when filling medications Assist with daily pharmacy operations Provide professional and friendly customer service Qualifications Previous pharmacy technician experience required PrimeRx experience preferred Strong experience with medication filling Experienced with billing and processing insurance claims Knowledge of handling claim rejections and billing issues Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is already comfortable with PrimeRx, filling medications, and pharmacy billing.
