Responsibilities include:

Compounding sterile and non-sterile medications Restocking automated dispensing systems (Pyxis) Delivering medications to patient care floors Managing incoming pharmacy calls and inquiries The ideal candidate holds a valid New York State Pharmacy Technician license and possesses at least one year of inpatient pharmacy technician experience. Proven skills in sterile and non-sterile compounding are essential to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy.

Qualifications:

NY Pharmacy Technician license (required) Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy technician experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities This position is well-suited for a travel pharmacy technician willing to work in various hospital settings within Upstate New York.
