Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Job Summary Medication Preparation and Dispensing Provides Administrative and Clerical Support Medication Stocking/Delivery and Automated Medication Equipment Patient Care Functions Sterile Compounding Qualifications:
Education HS diploma or GED required. Experience At least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I. Licensure/Certification OK permit required within 90 days of hire, and PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination). Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities All Level I and II competencies.
