Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A Pharmacy Technician position is available in Ontario, OR, on a per diem basis with a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role involves supporting pharmacy operations by accurately distributing prescribed medications and providing essential information to customers regarding their use, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications as prescribed by licensed healthcare professionals Offer knowledgeable guidance and answer customer questions about medications Maintain a focus on delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies and state regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Oregon Pharmacy Technician License is required Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
