In this role, the Pharmacy Technician will provide compassionate customer service at East Liberty Family Health Care Center Pharmacy, a clinic-based retail pharmacy located in Pittsburgh. In this integrated model, the pharmacy team will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team-based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients. Hours of Operation:

M-F 9am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (will work rotating Saturdays every other weekend) (

Closed from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM) Responsibilities A successful candidate must demonstrate mastery of the following skills/traits: Attention to detail, multi-tasking, initiative to work independently as well as cooperatively on a high achieving team, ability to develop problem-based solutions when faced with unexpected challenges, availability to work any shift, an openness to and acceptance of constructive feedback, and a sincere desire for continuous professional growth. Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and procedures Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently Provide compassionate and attentive customer service Answer telephones expediently and courteously Operate POS and ring sales accurately Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner Think and act proactively Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times Other job duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (VytlOne will assist) Bilingual Spanish a huge PLUS A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience Proven track record of exemplary customer service Computer experience mandatory Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently Why Should You Choose VytlOne?
