Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (Bilingual Pharmacy Support) | Remote Join a growing healthcare team supporting home dialysis patients by providing exceptional customer service, order processing, and prescription support in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities + Process customer orders and prescription-related requests accurately. + Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues. + Verify patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance. + Track shipments and coordinate delivery issues with internal teams. + Process returns, credits, and backorder requests. + Collaborate with departments such as Transportation, Sales, Routing, and Collections. + Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer service. Qualifications + Active Pharmacy Technician certification/license (IL, WI, IN, or FL). + Active PTCB or NHA certification. + Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). + 2+ years of call centre/customer service experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. + Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient support skills. Work Environment + 100% Remote (HIPAA-compliant home workspace required). + Monday to Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. + Paid remote training provided. + Reliable high-speed wired internet required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.15 - $21.63/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
