Responsibilities + Process customer orders and prescription-related requests accurately. + Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues. + Verify patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance. + Track shipments and coordinate delivery issues with internal teams. + Process returns, credits, and backorder requests. + Collaborate with departments such as Transportation, Sales, Routing, and Collections. + Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer service. Qualifications + Active Pharmacy Technician certification/license (IL, WI, IN, or FL). + Active PTCB or NHA certification. + Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). + 2+ years of call centre/customer service experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. + Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient support skills. Work Environment + 100% Remote (HIPAA-compliant home workspace required). + Monday to Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. + Paid remote training provided. + Reliable high-speed wired internet required.
