• Managing inbound & outbound calls to assist with prescription questions and refill scheduling
• Coordinating medication deliveries and payments to ensure timely service
• Providing real-time updates on prescription status, insurance, and billing inquiries
• Routing calls to pharmacists or clinicians when needed
• Entering accurate patient data and maintaining detailed records
• Supporting patient safety by identifying and reporting concerns

Training:

Onsite | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Regular Shift:

11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

• Possible 1 Saturday/month (with a weekday off) ✅ What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
• MUST be a Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Strong communication & professional phone presence
• Ability to show empathy and patience with patients
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using computer systems & Microsoft Office Preferred (but not required):
• Medical office or healthcare experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Pay Details:
