Early September FLORIDA state residents ONLY What you'll do: Front end processing, communicating via phone with patients and providers. Provide excellent customer service; handling escalated pharmacy inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Issue resolution and handling escalations. Assist patients with questions regarding prescriptions, refills, and pharmacy services. Enter and update patient and medication information in pharmacy systems accurately and efficiently, prioritizing based on urgency. Perform pharmaceutical calculations required to process prescription orders. Document all interactions and resolutions in pharmacy systems (EPS) following company policies and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPPA and pharmacy regulations. MUST have active FL Registered Pharmacy Tech license in good standing. Must have Pharmacy Technician Certification (RPT or CPht preferred). 2 years of recent healthcare or pharmacy experience required. Strong computer, data-entry, communication, and organizational skills. Empathy is critical, must be able to de-escalate and problem-solve. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable, hard-wired internet (No Wifi) and a quiet workspace. Must live in FL to be considered.
