Pharmacy Technician - Shipping & FulfillmentAbout the Role We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support our shipping and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will accurately package, label, and ship pharmacy orders while ensuring quality standards and regulatory requirements are met. Responsibilities + Accurately package and ship pharmacy orders + Verify order contents, labels, and documentation before shipment + Create shipping labels and track packages using carriers such as FedEx and UPS + Follow pharmacy regulations, company policies, and safety procedures + Work with fulfillment, pharmacy, and customer service teams to resolve shipment issues + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Report shipping errors, damages, or delays promptly + Assist with inventory and handling of temperature-sensitive products when needed Qualifications + Pharmacy Technician Certification required + High school diploma or GED + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software + Ability to follow procedures and work accurately in a regulated environment + Good communication and teamwork skills + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or pharmacy operations + Active Pharmacy Technician license Work Environment + First shift schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM + Fast-paced, team-oriented pharmacy environment + Growing facility with significant expansion plans + Opportunities for career growth and leadership as the company continues to expand Join a rapidly growing pharmacy organization and be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service and patient care. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
