Description

+ Assess pharmacy and healthcare technology environments and identify operational, infrastructure, security, and integration risks.

+ Partner with pharmacy leadership, executives, infrastructure teams, vendors, and implementation partners to align technology with business needs.

+ Lead or support ERP, EMR/EHR, pharmacy system, and digital transformation initiatives.

+ Develop practical technology recommendations that balance security, scalability, cost, user experience, and operational requirements.

+ Support Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies.

+ Evaluate and improve infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and application environments.

+ Support healthcare interoperability, integration architectures, and data exchange initiatives.

+ Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Lead change management and user adoption efforts associated with technology implementations.

+ Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and third-party vendors.

+ Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, system reliability, security, and overall user experience.

+ Provide guidance throughout technology implementations, integrations, and modernization programs.

+ Serve as a trusted technology advisor to pharmacy and business leadership. Requirements

+ Experience supporting retail, specialty, hospital, or enterprise pharmacy operations.

+ Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments and pharmacy technology.

+ Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies.

+ Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and integration architectures.

+ Experience leading or supporting ERP, EMR/EHR, pharmacy systems, or digital transformation initiatives.

+ Strong understanding of infrastructure, security, identity, and enterprise technology.

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across clinical, business, technical, and vendor teams.

+ Ability to quickly understand complex environments and develop practical, business-focused solutions.

+ Healthcare IT, infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft certifications.

+ Experience with pharmacy management systems and healthcare applications.

+ Experience with healthcare integration platforms and interoperability standards.

+ ITIL, project management, change management, or related certifications.

+ Experience working with implementation vendors and large-scale technology programs.
