Every member of our team plays an important role in delivering the dependable, high-quality pharmacy services our customers expect. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fill and prepare bingo cards and MOT (Medication on Time) cards accurately and efficiently. Process and prepare daily medication orders for delivery to long-term care facilities. Organize and stage medication deliveries for pharmacy drivers. Verify medication labels, packaging, and documentation for accuracy before dispatch. Contact physicians' offices to obtain clarification on prescription orders, resolve discrepancies, and communicate any questions regarding medication orders as directed by the pharmacist. Maintain accurate documentation of communications and order clarifications. Assist pharmacists and other pharmacy staff with daily workflow as needed. Maintain an organized and clean work area while following pharmacy policies and procedures. Ensure all medications are prepared in accordance with state, federal, and company regulations. Identify and report discrepancies or potential medication errors promptly. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification as required by state law. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
