PM Weekends:

Every other Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime, holidays, and extended hours may be required

Medical, Dental , and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates About the Role This role supports pharmacy operations by picking, labeling, scanning, packaging, and preparing prescriptions for final pharmacist verification. You'll work in a production‑focused environment that requires accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Prescription Preparation — Pick, label, scan, and prepare finished prescriptions for pharmacist verification. Daily Drug Orders — Fill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently under pharmacist supervision. Returns & Disposal — Process returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure. Prepacking — Assist in prepacking frequently ordered medications, label, and store during low‑volume periods. Manual Packaging — Package materials and products manually. Medication Pulling — Pull/pick medications from shelving and storage areas. Blister Card Labeling — Apply labels to blister cards and scan products for accuracy. Quality Alerts — Alert pharmacist of any product not scanning properly. Workstation Maintenance — Maintain workstation areas and replenish stock supplies. Regulatory Compliance — Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA. Department Policies — Comply with safety, attendance, and dress code requirements. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Education — High school diploma or equivalent. Speed & Accuracy — Ability to work at a moderate production speed. Communication — Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Licensure — Clear and active Texas Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Texas Board of Pharmacy. Preferred Qualifications Experience — Previous pharmacy technician experience.
