Responsibilities:

Assist the pharmacist in preparing, compounding, and dispensing prescriptions accurately. Receive, verify, and enter patient and insurance information into the pharmacy system. Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking expiration dates. Provide exceptional customer service at the pickup counter and over the phone. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment. Adhere to all state board regulations and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.

What We Are Looking For:

For Certified Technicians:

Active registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) and current PTCB certification.

For Trainees:

An active TSBP Technician Trainee registration (or willingness to obtain it before starting). Strong desire to learn and earn full certification.

Skills:

Smart, quick learner with strong attention to detail, basic math proficiency, and great communication skills.
