Job Description
Job Description The Pharmacy Admixture Technician works under the supervision of a pharmacist or physician in a clinic infusion pharmacy or admixture setting. In this role, you'll assist with preparing and compounding medications, maintaining inventory, documenting medication-related activities, and supporting the safe distribution of medications. All work is completed according to established procedures and is reviewed by a registered pharmacist or nurse to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Admixture Technician plays an important role in supporting patient care while adhering to all pharmacy, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as the US Oncology Code of Ethics and Compliance program.
