Skills Proven experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings with a solid understanding of medical terminology. Strong patient service skills with a focus on patient care and clear communication. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Certification as a pharmacy technician is required; ongoing education in medical and pharmaceutical fields is a plus.
