We operate out of state-of-the-art compounding laboratories , delivering high-quality, patient-specific therapies nationwide. Our work includes hormone replacement therapy, dermatological treatments, injectables, dissolvable tablets, and sexual health products. We are committed to precision, safety, and compliance across every step of the compounding process. Summary We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing compounded medications under the direction of a pharmacist, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Compound non-sterile medications following USP guidelines Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients per formulation protocols Operate compounding equipment (balances, mixers, encapsulators, automated systems) Assist in preparing dissolvable tablets, troches, injectables, and topical formulations Label and package finished products with precision and accuracy Maintain cleanroom standards and perform routine cleaning of work areas and equipment Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date Collaborate with pharmacists, quality assurance, and inventory teams Adhere to safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures Help manage inventory and ordering of compounding supplies Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and current registration in Texas 3+ year of compounding experience preferred (sterile and/or non-sterile) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow formulas and written procedures exactly Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Familiarity with USP standards and cleanroom procedures is a plus Team-oriented with strong communication skills If you are passionate about making a difference in patient care through innovative pharmacy solutions, we invite you to apply today and join our dedicated team at Epiq Scripts!
