Compounding Pharmacy Technician -
Quick Pharmacy Starting Pay:

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in: Sterile compounding Non-sterile compounding Advanced compounding techniques Compounding calculations and formulations Quality control USP-compliant procedures Pharmacy operations and workflow As your skills, knowledge, and responsibilities increase, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and advancement. Our goal is to develop great technicians into highly skilled compounding professionals. What You'll Do As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will: Prepare compounded medications under pharmacist supervision Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding Accurately weigh, measure, mix, prepare, package, and label medications Follow formulas, SOPs, and quality-control procedures Maintain accurate compounding records and documentation Perform pharmacy and compounding calculations Maintain clean, organized, and compliant compounding areas Clean and maintain compounding equipment Monitor ingredients, supplies, lot numbers, expiration dates, and inventory Follow applicable USP standards and pharmacy regulations Work closely with pharmacists and technicians to maintain an efficient workflow Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas Dependable and responsible Extremely detail-oriented Organized and efficient Comfortable with calculations and precise measurements Able to follow detailed procedures consistently A strong team player Interested in learning new skills Looking for a long-term career opportunity Previous compounding experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right pharmacy technician who has a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning compounding.
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
