Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem Support a busy retail pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician with essential skills in PioneerRx software. This per diem opportunity, located in Alexandria, VA, offers a unique chance to gain experience in prescription processing and assist pharmacists in a dynamic environment. The contract assignment spans from June 22 through July 11, with initial training provided from June 22 to June 24.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and fill prescriptions efficiently using the PioneerRx system Perform some non-sterile compounding; training will be provided Assist the Pharmacist with daily operational tasks Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy protocols
Desired Experience:
Proficiency with PioneerRx software is mandatory Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting preferred Knowledge of non-sterile compounding is a plus; training available Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

9 AM to 6
PM Saturday:
9 AM to 1
PM Sundays:
