Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A pharmacy technician position is available in Charlottesville, VA, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role involves supporting pharmaceutical services with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday, then Monday through Friday for the following weeks 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute medications prescribed by licensed health practitioners. Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding medication usage. Deliver exemplary customer service to support patient care and satisfaction.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active Virginia pharmacy technician license. Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards.
