Traditional retail pharmacy services Medication synchronization Multi-dose medication packaging (Med Packs) Local prescription delivery Non-sterile compounding Veterinary compounding Immunizations Medication therapy support and adherence programs Friendly, personalized patient care in a family-oriented environment Responsibilities Process and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently Enter prescriptions and process insurance claims Assist pharmacists with daily workflow Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service Assist with inventory management and medication ordering Support medication packaging, compounding, and delivery programs as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Qualifications Previous pharmacy technician experience required Active West Virginia Pharmacy Technician Registration (or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflow and insurance processing Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, motivated, and a team player Why Join White Hall Pharmacy?
