- 1:00PM What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive instruction in phlebotomy, including lecture and clinical drawing sessions Deliver curriculum content clearly and effectively to ensure student understanding and competency Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment Supervise students during clinical practice to ensure compliance with safety standards Encourage and support students throughout the program to promote successful completion Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Manage onsite inventory and supplies Complete required classroom documentation in accordance with company policies Maintain productive attendance and timeliness for all scheduled classes Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Manage onsite inventory and supplies, including receiving shipments to personal address, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring precise stock levels to support classroom and clinical training activities.

) AND have one year of on-the-job training directly related to the program teaching; OR Hold not less than a associate's degree in a field NOT directly related to the program in which teaching (MUSTPROVIDE COPIES OF TRANSCRIPT

) AND have three years of on-the-job training directly related to the program; OR Hold no less than a high school diploma or GED (MUSTPROVIDE COPIES OF DIPLOMA
) AND have seven years of on-the-job training directly related to the program teaching (Phlebotomy) Required Qualifications Current Phlebotomy Certification High school diploma or equivalent Relevant occupational work experience in phlebotomy Strong communication and instructional skills Reliable transportation A secure address to receive inventory shipments Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Proficiency with technology, including iPads, mirror casting, and basic troubleshooting Professional demeanor and effective classroom management skills Additional Preferred Qualifications EKG knowledge and work experience Prior teaching or training experienceDocuments Required Upon Application Copy of Phlebotomy Certification Proof of High School Completion or College Transcripts Current Resume Job Type:
