As a Phlebotomist, you'll be a trusted member of our care team, helping patients feel comfortable while collecting the specimens that support accurate diagnoses and quality healthcare. What You'll Do Provide safe, accurate, and compassionate blood draws and specimen collection for patients of all ages. Ensure every specimen is properly identified, labeled, processed, and prepared for testing. Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing according to established policies and quality standards. Prioritize daily workload while responding to urgent and STAT laboratory requests. Communicate laboratory results promptly to providers to support timely patient care. Work closely with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Requirements:
High School graduate or GED certificate Graduation from an accredited Phlebotomy program Valid and current State of California Phlebotomy license Comprehension of medical terminology
