Job Description

Our mission is to evaluate innovative and advanced medications through extensive clinical research and data collection. We are a multi-specialty clinic and have completed a vast range of studies on Insomnia, Diabetes, Weight Loss Management, Atopic Dermatitis, Vitiligo, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Depression, and more. We pride ourselves in our active role in facilitating medical breakthroughs in the constantly evolving world of medicine, so that today's research will evolve into tomorrow's standard of treatment and care for future generations to come. We are currently searching for a Certified Phlebotomist to join our team! Qualified candidate will be part of clinical research team!
Responsibilities:
LAB Collect, label, and process biological specimens appropriately Demonstrate proper phlebotomy technique for venipunctures Accurately complete lab kit requisition forms Manage shipment of all study specimens to central and local labs for analysis in a timely manner Maintain inventory and order lab/study supplies Follow-up with pending lab results for timely reporting
COORDINATOR
Recruit and screen potential patients for protocol eligibility. Present trial concepts and details to the patients, participates in the informed consent process, and enrolls patients on protocol.
  • Coordinate patient care in compliance with protocol requirements. Maintain investigational drug accountability.
  • In collaboration with the physician, review patients for changes in condition, adverse events, concomitant medication use, protocol compliance, response to study drug and thoroughly documents all findings and participates in data collection of all subjects.
  • Scheduling monitoring and auditing visits, as well as interact with the monitors/auditors while onsite
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Current California CPT I or II certification Must be organized, friendly, and professional Possess great verbal and written communication skills Internet and general computer proficiency
