Full Job Description Now Hiring:
California Licensed Mobile Phlebotomists (Independent Contractor / 1099) Medicheck Health & Wellness is seeking reliable, professional, and skilled California Licensed Mobile Phlebotomists to provide mobile specimen collection services throughout California. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with flexible, on-call scheduling. Compensation $20-$30 per completed visit (DOE) Mileage reimbursement provided for eligible travel Responsibilities Travel to patient homes, workplaces, and designated collection sites Verify patient identity using approved identification methods Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections Collect blood, urine, and saliva specimens according to company protocols Ensure patient comfort and professionalism during the collection process Accurately label, package, and transport specimens Maintain complete and accurate documentation Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and safety requirements Qualifications Current California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) License Minimum of 100 documented successful blood draws At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience required (mobile experience preferred) Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Why Contract With Us? ✔ Flexible scheduling ✔ Independent work environment ✔ Mileage reimbursement ✔ Opportunities for additional assignments
