Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Why This Role Matters You play a vital role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and maintaining trust and confidence during every interaction. Your work directly supports timely, high-quality diagnostic results that inform important healthcare decisions. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Prepare and label specimens accurately following established procedures Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure compliance Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe and welcoming environment Follow all safety, confidentiality, and quality standards Support operations across multiple locations as needed What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed Comfortable handling multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Opportunity to gain experience in a respected healthcare setting Build and strengthen patient care and technical skills Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Consistent weekday schedule with potential for additional hours Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
