Key Responsibilities Perform daily patient service and laboratory support activities accurately and within established timelines. Perform venipuncture and specimen collection , including pediatric and geriatric patients. Prepare, label, process, and handle specimens according to established procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment. Complete all required records, documentation, and data entry accurately. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience. Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive health information. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive image when interacting with patients, clients, employees, and the public. Work independently while following established practices and procedures. Support operational needs and demonstrate flexibility based on staffing requirements. Job Requirements Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment . Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients . Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime when required. Education High school diploma or equivalent

• Required Medical Assistant or Paramedic training
• Preferred Phlebotomy certification
• Preferred Phlebotomy certification is required in California, Nevada, and Washington . Work Experience Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Required 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
• Preferred Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment
• Preferred Keyboarding and data-entry experience
