Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Mobile Phlebotomist, where your expertise in specimen collection and patient care will make a meaningful difference in people's lives. In this energetic role, you will travel to various patient locations to perform blood draws, collect specimens, and provide exceptional service. Your clinical skills, combined with your passion for patient interaction, will help ensure accurate testing and promote positive health outcomes. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work independently while supporting community health initiatives. Responsibilities Travel to patient homes, clinics, or community sites to perform blood sampling and specimen collection with precision and professionalism Obtain accurate vital signs and medical history information to support proper laboratory testing procedures Apply aseptic techniques and maintain strict infection control standards during venipuncture and blood sampling procedures Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens to guarantee integrity and accuracy for laboratory analysis Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide compassionate care throughout the process Maintain detailed documentation of procedures performed, patient interactions, and specimen details in accordance with regulatory standards Adhere to all laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and hospital policies to uphold quality assurance and patient safety Skills Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and specimen processing methods Proven experience in phlebotomy, venipuncture, and blood sampling within clinical or hospital settings Excellent patient service skills with the ability to care for diverse populations with empathy and professionalism Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs measurement Ability to operate in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control practices essential for safe specimen collection Effective communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and ensuring patient comfort Join us as a Mobile Phlebotomist if you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care on the go!
