This position is Full Time from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary responsibilities include:

Collect specimen from donors and clients (blood/urine/throat swabs/nasal swabs/lesion swabs). Phlebotomy. Data Entry. Specimen Handling and Processing. Excellent customer service skills. Answering phone calls and responding to emails. Recruiting donors for clinical studies. Screening and scheduling donors. Performing study/protocol procedures in a detailed, accurate manner. Packaging and shipping. Must have reliable transportation to drop off shipments daily (as needed). Accurately control cash and make bank deposits. Accurately control supply inventory. Keep work are neat and orderly; sweeping, mopping and cleaning bathroom as necessary. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:

Fluent in English (Spanish a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent computer skills, typing, and spelling. Must know how to use a printer/scanner. Knowledge of Medical Terminology. Detail Oriented. Must be able to handle difficult personalities. 2 years minimum Phlebotomy experience a must. Must demonstrate superior customer focus. Ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Timely arrival & excellent attendance record. Must follow company policies and procedures. Must have reliable transportation. Individuals with a medical assistant, phlebotomy, or nursing assistant background are encouraged to apply.
