As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in the accurate and timely collection, processing, and distribution of laboratory specimens, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient experience. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and microcollection with precision and compassion Ensure timely, high-quality specimen collection, processing, and distribution Accurately enter and maintain patient and specimen data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) Perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing in accordance with departmental guidelines Serve as a Senior Phlebotomist when needed, providing guidance and support to peers Additional Job Description High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certified Phlebotomy Technician by NHA
- National Healthcareer Association (required). At least one year of hospital
