Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative III- Floater (PSR III) serves as the face of the organization, providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric populations Accurately label and process specimens in accordance with established procedures Verify patient demographics and obtain patient signatures post-collection to ensure proper identification Maintain accurate records, documentation, and specimen integrity Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for patients Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Travel to multiple locations and provide coverage with minimal notice Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality standards Demonstrate leadership behaviors and promote a positive company imageJob Requirements:
Ability to deliver accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills in high-volume settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed Willingness to travel between multiple locations Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable) Commitment to company policies, safety standards, and professional conductRequired Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent- Required Medical Assistant or Paramedic training
