$19.00 to $22 00/hour Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties & Responsibilities Perform accurate venipuncture and specimen collection , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws. Process and prepare clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures. Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate specimen labeling. Maintain required records, documentation, and patient confidentiality. Provide excellent patient service and create a professional, welcoming environment. Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while managing multiple priorities. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Work independently and travel between multiple locations as required. Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED

• Required Medical Assistant or Paramedic training
• Preferred Phlebotomy Certification
• Preferred Required in California, Nevada, and Washington 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
