Job Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Illinois Department of Corrections . We are currently seeking a part time Phlebotomist to join our team at Western Illinois Correctional Center located in Mount Sterling, Illinois. The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, finger stick blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Shift:
Monday through Friday from 3p-7p (4hrs per day) Pay rate: $21.42/hr + PRN differential Completed a certified phlebotomy training program Be a high school graduate or hold a GED At least one year of experience working as a Phlebotomist preferred Experience working in corrections/behavioral health preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/BLS Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
