Work Schedule:

Per Diem, 7:00am-5:00pm also covering 1 weekend per month or as needed. You will work at UW Health N. Bell School Rd. Clinic 3505 N. Bell School Rd. • Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience.

Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
