$1158.00 - $1193.00 Phlebotomist needed asap To collect blood from patients, ensuring specimen quality, and to answer patient concerns and assure patient safety and comfort, following established standards and practices. Ability to read/write/follow written instructions. Successful completion of Medical Terminology I or comparable certified course or minimum of six (6) months successful working experience in a position involving use of Medical Terminology, such as Nurse Assistant, Unit Clerk, Medical Records Clerk, E.R. Clerk, Admitting Clerk, Laboratory Information Coordinator. Eighty (80) hours traineeship, basic phlebotomy program with classroom instruction and practical experience with a phlebotomist or equivalent, prior to receiving job. Certification in Phlebotomy Required Qualifications Phlebotomist, Laboratory Certifications(At least one of the following): CERT-AMT-Phlebotomy(Copy Needed), CERT-ASCP-Phlebotomy(Copy Needed)
