Days, 8:30am-5:00pm Why This Role Matters This role plays a vital part in delivering accurate diagnostic results by ensuring high-quality specimen collection and handling. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for patients, helping create a positive and professional healthcare experience while supporting essential clinical operations. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling with patient confirmation Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collections Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and explain procedures effectively Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times Adapt to different work locations, including patient service centers and physician offices as needed What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong customer service skills in a healthcare, retail, or service environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed Flexible availability, including potential weekends, holidays, or overtime Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Opportunity to work in a patient-focused, mission-driven environment Build and refine advanced phlebotomy and patient care skills Variety in daily work settings and patient interactions Gain experience supporting critical diagnostic and healthcare services Be part of a professional team committed to quality and excellence Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
