We offer emotionally engaging, scenario-based instruction that prepares students for real-world success. Position Overview We are seeking dynamic, experienced Phlebotomy Instructors to lead our Phlebotomy Technician training programs. Instructors will deliver hands-on, scenario-driven instruction across three flexible formats: Daytime, Evening, and Accelerated. Ideal candidates are passionate educators with clinical experience and a commitment to student empowerment. Class Options Daytime Program (8 Weeks)
Schedule:
Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM•12:30 PM Evening Program (8 Weeks)
Schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM•9:00 PM Accelerated Program (3 Weeks)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 3:00 PM•5:30 PM Responsibilities Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction aligned with Academy curriculum Supervise and evaluate student blood draws and lab performance Maintain accurate attendance and progress records Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment Collaborate with Academy staff on student success initiatives Qualifications Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Prior teaching or training experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for mentorship and legacy-driven education Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly rate Flexible scheduling across multiple formats Opportunity to shape future healthcare professionals
