Standard hours:
M/T 12pm to 8:30pm, W, TH, F 9am to 530pm with flexibility to cover all hours of operations, if needed. Role Overview As a Laboratory Support Technician, you will perform essential laboratory procedures, including specimen collection, order entry, processing, point of care testing, and specimen transport. You¿ll interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers, ensuring a professional and courteous experience. This role is vital to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our laboratory operations, directly supporting patient care and diagnostic processes. What You Will Do Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials according to established procedures. Conduct point of care testing and enter orders accurately. Interact professionally with patients, caregivers, and laboratory staff. Maintain proficiency and safety standards across all patient age groups. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with exceptional customer service skills. Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience
