Job Description

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of patient interaction—providing compassionate service, collecting high-quality specimens, and supporting critical diagnostic testing that helps guide life-changing medical decisions.

  • Contingent with potential pathway for hire
  • Schedule:
  • M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm (may include rotational weekends 8:45am-5:30pm and holidays 7:45am-4:30pm)
  • Why This Role Matters
  • As a Phlebotomist, you serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a safe, accurate, and compassionate specimen collection experience. Your work directly impacts the quality and reliability of diagnostic testing and patient outcomes.
  • What You'll Do
  • Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
  • Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient's presence
  • Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation
  • Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
  • Support multiple locations and adapt to changing staffing and business needs
  • What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements (TDAP, MMR, Varicella, COVID, Influenza, and negative TB result)
