PRN Mobile Phlebotomist at Caresticks Mobile Phlebotomy Services We are seeking candidates who are:

Our specialists are key to creating thoughtful and amazing interactions with every patient.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct blood draws at patients' homes or offices using safe and accurate techniques
• Travel to and from appointments using your personal vehicle, and process specimens with a car-powered centrifuge
• Drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours
• Adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment

PRN Expectations:

• Confirm availability with your supervisor every Friday for the upcoming week (or weeks ahead)
• Based on your availability, you may be scheduled in advance or contacted for shifts
• Must be available a minimum of three (3) days a week, Monday to Friday, during the hours of 7:00 AM
• 1:00 PM ("Expected Shifts")
• PRN employees may work up to 20 hours a week, but hours are not guaranteed

Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred)
• Experience with specimen processing
• Proven track record in providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• (Bonus) Fluency in Spanish is a plus
