Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Job description: About the Role AMA is hiring detail-oriented phlebotomists to perform venipuncture and capillary collections at Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities across Missouri. You'll travel between sites, collect and process specimens, and maintain full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA standards.

Company vehicle and fuel provided Key Responsibilities Perform blood draws on adult and geriatric patients in LTC settings Collect, label, process, and package specimens accurately Complete documentation and electronic requisitions Maintain infection control, safety, and HIPAA compliance Requirements High School Diploma/GED Phlebotomy certification & current CPR/BLS certification 2-3 years phlebotomy experience (geriatric experience strongly preferred) Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record Must pass background check and drug screening Preferred LTC phlebotomy experience Familiarity with specimen processing and electronic requisition systems
