Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Why This Role Matters You play a key role in delivering a positive patient experience while ensuring specimen integrity and accuracy—directly contributing to reliable diagnostic results and quality patient care. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with accuracy and professionalism Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling in the patient's presence Process and prepare specimens according to established procedures Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required Travel to and support multiple patient service centers or physician offices as needed What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations Keyboard/data entry proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It for You Consistent weekday schedule supporting work-life balance Opportunity to gain experience across multiple care settings A role where your work directly impacts patient care and outcomes Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
