Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. Assist in the intake process by gathering patient information. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient data. Support urgent care operations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
