POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist performs patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a physician.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, required CMA certification from an accredited program, required Phlebotomy certification from an approved phlebotomy training program, required BLS/CPR certification, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accurate documentation skills Ability to follow established workflows consistently
