6360 I-55 N, Suite 310, Jackson, MS 39211 What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive instruction in phlebotomy, including lecture and clinical drawing sessions Deliver curriculum content clearly and effectively to ensure student understanding and competency Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment Supervise students during clinical practice to ensure compliance with safety standards Encourage and support students throughout the program to promote successful completion Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Manage onsite inventory and supplies Complete required classroom documentation in accordance with company policies Maintain productive attendance and timeliness for all scheduled classes Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards State Qualifications (This MUST come from the Instructor Requirements Document) Instructors and administrators must have the educational background and experience necessary to successfully fulfill the educational objectives of the assigned course or program of study. Credential requirements for instructional staff generally parallel those required in similar public instructional programs. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and appropriate occupational work experience are acceptable for this role. Occupations requiring licensure or certification must be taught by individuals holding appropriate credentials. An instructor shall teach only in the specialization for which he/she is credentialed or licensed (Phlebotomy). Required Qualifications Current Phlebotomy Certification High school diploma or equivalent Relevant occupational work experience in phlebotomy Strong communication and instructional skills Reliable transportation A secure address to receive inventory shipments Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Proficiency with technology, including iPads, mirror casting, and basic troubleshooting Professional demeanor and effective classroom management skills Additional Preferred Qualifications EKG knowledge and work experience Prior teaching or training experienceDocuments Required Upon Application Copy of Phlebotomy Certification Proof of High School Completion Current Resume Schedule:
