This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a mobile environment, ensuring accurate specimen collection and vital sign assessment while providing exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood sampling using proper aseptic techniques to ensure specimen integrity. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, height and weight with precision. Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout specimen collection processes while demonstrating excellent patient service skills. . Prepare specimens for transport by labeling, processing, and documenting all necessary information clearly and thoroughly. Obtain and record medical history accurately as provided by patient Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and reassurance during procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in laboratory procedures, techniques, or clinical laboratory settings with a focus on phlebotomy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and laboratory science principles. Demonstrated ability to perform venipuncture and blood sampling accurately in diverse patient populations. Experience with specimen processing and maintaining chain-of-custody documentation. . Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and compassionate communication as well as strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a mobile setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed. Bi-lingual speakers are a plus! Minimum of 1 year or 1000 hours of phlebotomy experience Reliable Transportation and obtain a valid Driver's License with car insurance

•As a contractor, you will be responsible for the purchase of required equipment in order to perform this job such as mobile phone, scanner, computer with internet, centrifuge, manual BP cuff, scale, tape measure, stethoscope, and tablet with mobile internet. We provide kits for the blood draw, urine collection, or whatever other labs may be required. (EKG Machine - can be purchased through us after you have started working, through payroll deduction) This is a wonderful opportunity with flexible hours!
