Required Experience:

• Phlebotomy experienced required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be skilled at drawing geriatric patients and have good communication skills
• Positive and caring attitude a must, dependable, punctual and have a great personality
• Displays Initiative, desires to go Above & Beyond
• Must have dependable transportation and very flexible

Responsible Duties:

• Will be responsible for accurate collection, labeling and delivery of specimens obtained from patients using approved procedures
• Performs venipunctures and related procedures for specimen collection of patients at facilities and patient homes
• Explain procedures to patients
• Labels specimens with proper Identifiers
• Transports specimens to laboratory
• Ensure HIPAA policies are adhered to patients at all times

• Valid drivers license
